Welcome to Scottish Karate Jutsu Kai
Karate Jutsu Kai in Scotland is part of a larger International organisation lead by Kancho Bernard Creton 9th Dan who has over 40 years experience in martial arts and is well respected in the karate world.
Karate Jutsu Kai have clubs in England, Scotland, Wales, Denmark, Australia and Thailand.
Sensei Alan Kirk 3rd Dan under the leadership of Kancho Bernard Creton,
started a club in Dunoon, in 1983. The club has continued to grow with many
students coming and going, but many have remained from the beginning. Karate
Jutsu’s chief instructor in Scotland is Shihan Pam Horton 5th Dan who started
training under Sensei Alan Kirk in 1984.
Regular events are held with a yearly Junior Camp in Lochgoilhead, Summer
Camps in Denmark, national and international tournaments and many social
events.
