Kickboxing - Introduction
Karate Jutsu Kai provides classes in kickboxing and is registered with the WKA (World Kickboxing Association). The alternative training regime offered by Kickboxing has been a welcome supplement to Karate Jutsu, its introduction into the system over 15 years ago has helped progress the students fighting ability giving them an alternative form of self defence. Kickboxing is used as part of a fitness regime to get stronger as a karateka.
Today, Karate Jutsu hosts its tournaments with kickboxing categories giving the students the opportunity to apply their kickboxing skills on the mat and under tournament conditions.
The Sevenoaks Dojo has produced a high number of Kickboxing Champions over the years and continues to prmote its use for up and coming fighters.
You can choose to train in kickboxing, karate or both, and classes are tailored to an indivuduals abilities and experience.
