Karate training can benefit those of all ages, promoting fitness, stamina, strength, self-discipline and self-confidence. For junior students, karate can be a great way of building up confidence and making friends, as well as helping to improve concentration and channel energy positively. Karate Training Sessions

 

Childrens Karate - Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Only £12 per month (or £3.50 PAYG)

Adults Karate - Tuesdays 7:30pm - 9pm - £5 per session

Venue: Albemarle Primary School, Princes Way, Southfields, London (View Map)

*Note Entry is Via ALbert Road through the Black Gates.
